The Kansas City Board of Public Utilities provides incentives for commercial customers to install, or upgrade to, energy efficiency equipment in new and existing facilities.Rebates are available for electric and dual fuel heat pumps, electric resistance heating systems, electric water heaters. Rebates can also apply to all-electric apartment units. Rebate amounts are not currently listed on the program website.
