Marc Johnston

Marc Johnston has served as the of the U.S. Department of Energy since 1991. Mr. Johnston served as DOE’s Assistant General Counsel for General Litigation between 1987 and 1991. Prior to that, Mr. Johnston practiced appellate litigation in the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
Mr. Johnston received his bachelor’s degree from Harvard College in 1974, and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School in 1977.
