The Office of Conflict Prevention and Resolution is responsible for monitoring the implementation of DOE's contractor legal management requirements by, among other responsibilities, reviewing information, including the use of ADR, recorded by DOE field offices into the Legal Management Tracking System.

The office encourages its contractors to utilize dispute resolution processes at as early a stage as possible and assists in convening and identifying appropriate neutrals.
